| The Official Mama Vallone's Website What's new? Monday: All-You-Can-Eat Spaghetti Night $9.95 (see side bar) New Wine List Available! MaMa Vallone's is now featuring a revamped wine list with many exciting new imported Italian wines from Small Vineyards. A lot of the old favorites are still here with many soon to be favorites added on such as 14 Hands, Leonetti, and Louis Roederer champagnes to name a few. So come on in and enjoy a fine bottle of wine from a new vineyard. History Joe, Dennis, and Lexi Vallone owned and operated the restaurant for 20 years, from when it was established in May of 1986 to mid-June of 2006 when Kelly and Kevin officially took over. Now Mama's will not change that much from what it has been in the past, great food, great service, and even great memories. The Vallone's will be retired but still helping us as we make the transition. And the new owners are not lacking in experience either, Kelly has been working here for 14+ years and as a member of the Vallone family, has a wealth of knowledge behind her. And Kevin, although young, has been employed here for 9+years and he and his family are good friends of the Vallones. Even though you primarily see Kelly as a waitress and Kevin as the host, they are both qualified and trained to do every other position in the restaurant so you know that Mama's will be in good and caring hands. |

| A Little About What We Do Mama Vallone's is a well known and award-winning restaurant settled in the small town of Cle Elum, just east of Snoqualmie Pass and about 70-90 minutes away from Seattle. For the 20 years that Mama's has been in business its main focus has been on great service and even better food, specializing in Italian with some very good steaks and prime rib too. Kelly and Kevin will be maintaining this tradition as well as making some new traditions of their own. |
